I have personally seen this car. Comes to a bunch of car shows.

The top is done. It's very rusty. The bodywork is tough too. I'd call it a beater.

You could fix the AC, throw some carpet in it and cruise it to Carlisle and attempt to trade with a super bird owner there!

At first blush it fooled me into thinking it was a Daytona or Super Bird  :haha:

I like those 69-71 Sea bodies but I'd pass on that one even for a fair price.
