Title: Today’s edition of “name that part”
Post by: Dakota on March 27, 2020, 01:20:22 PM
What is this?   I found it in the bottom of a bucket.  Paint color suggests it's from the engine.  Is it a contact switch having to do with the carb???

Likely for some sort of makeshift alarm when you opened the hood, or an added trunk light switch or something. Was the car ever registered to a Mr. MacGyver ?
