Title: ATF oil automatic transmission 1970 CUDA

I have to add some atf oil to my TorqueFlite automatic transmission from 1970. What type is the best for this transmission??  In The Netherlands we have the Classic or Dexron 2 or 3 ATF oil but  I want to know what type is the best for my car. Dexron 2 or 3 has also various types from B till H. What can I use  as the best oil ??

I use Type F or Dexron 3.
