Title: Front license plate bracket

Found this bracket in the trunk of my 73 challenger. I'm assuming it's the front license plate bracket.
It seems like a weird shape, so I'm not sure if is the shape it is supposed to be, or has been twisted out of shape a bit?

Did they change the front bracket in 73? That doesn't look right to me. :huh:

It could easily be put back straight across the top, but I'm not sure how it's supposed to be.
