Title: Cuda Rear Valance Tips
Post by: Claudia on April 11, 2019, 09:59:19 AM
What is the proper stick out of the tips from the valance panel?

I'm extremely picky about exhaust tip location. I like them sitting perfectly even and just protruding through the opening enough to keep the paint from burning on the valance. Mine are about a 1/2 out on the top edge of the tip to the face of the valance.  In the pictures I have seen of original cars I don't think any of that was a priority. IMO

That came out really nice!

Do you have any pics of how the exhaust went up over the axle and routed out to the tips?

I am going to be doing this REALLY soon myself.

THANKS for sharing...

Here is the only other picture that I have of the over the axle pipe . . . after that it is just another another angled pipe straight through to the tip.  I did not install the resonators.
