Title: Wiring connector quiz
Post by: ledphoot on April 28, 2019, 08:03:55 PM
Let's play a little game... what are these connectors in the dash harness?

I waited too long from dash tear down to reassembly and cannot remember.

the 2 tri plug connectors are for accessories , red is battery power , yellow is switched power , orange is dash lighting , the dash light panel plugs into this , the yellow bullet plug will be part of the dome light / map light or key light time delay circuit

Thanks for the diagrams and the info guys...

so much of my new wiring harness is not going to be used.. .kind of sad really. The sniper controls all of the engine management side of things, then I got an interface from it to the Dakota Digital Instrument cluster, so a lot of the interior wiring won't be used And to hell with the seatbelt buzzer crap too...  This is gonna be a fun cleanup project.

Makes sense , once you change ign & gauges a lot of the wiring will be different .
