After 23 years and a whole lot of great memories I said my final farewell last night to Orange Crush. She is on her way to her new owner. If we have any members in Bosie Idaho you may see her around. For the first time in 30 years I have a empty garage and I am Moparless. Buyer seems real nice and has a small collection. Sold in 8 days on Cars On Line. June must be a good month for selling cars because I sold my 67 GTX last year in June--almost to the day. That one sold in 4 days on Cars On Line.

It's all good man...."just an old car..." :bye: :drinkingbud:
Sad Day for sure but you made a choice & it worked out so congrats too .
love that car....................sad for me too
It is hard to sell a car (for me anyway) when you have had one for awhile. I don't know the reason why but you must have had a plan so keep moving forward. there's always another one around the corner if you want.
Alan any plans going forward? Something else car wise in mind?
No plans as of yet. I always said my cars and parts were my 401K since I didn't have one. Since my health went bad I started looking at retirement more seriously and as of today the countdown begins 560 days left--LOL !!! My wife is happy after 30 years of marriage she can finally put her car in the garage..

Well, the bight side is that it looks line no more oil leaks on your garage.
Seriously, it is tough to let go something you had for 23 years.
:crying: :crying: :crying:
Hope that your health gets the last stretch completed easily! Come on, retirement!!! Best of luck to you... awesome car to sell, but happy wife = happy life... LOL
:ohyeah:
ive said goodbye to over 50 from wing cars to AAR's and every thing in between .
theres another one around the corner waiting to fill the empty spot.
I'll keep a look out for it!

Would be a sad day for sure . . . I have an issue parting with my MOPARS . . I have owned 2 and they are still in my garage. One was the first car I ever bought in 1982 while I was in high school . .
I have bought and sold or 75 cars in my life and a good chunk were mopars. These last two just ended up being the keepers--at least for a while...

Just read this. I will also be on the lookout for it. Hope the new owner drives it and doesn't rat hole it away. We have a lot of people moving here from out of state. Been seeing a lot of new mopars showing up. I usually go to a car show every weekend so if it comes out we will see it.
A fellow Mopar car enthusiast once told me he never owns a car, he is its caretaker.
Though I never got to see your car in person, from your pictures and descriptions of the car over the years, it is apparent that you were a good caretaker for it. And it sounds like it has found a good home and the new owner will be a good caretaker for it too.
Sorry to see you had to let your car go. You had it 23 years and you enjoyed the hell out of it I bet.
Your health is more important than anything else. I wish you luck as you count down to retirement.
