Title: 1970 Challenger RT project on eBay cheap
Post by: Cuda Cody on March 26, 2017, 10:52:23 PM
$200 starting bid and no reserve.  Looks like a big project, but seems like the owner is going to let it ride and see what the market is.  No reserve is brave.  A photo of the fender tag would help.

:iagree: Big project, but some good parts there.  Looks like might have been AM/8-track car and what's with the vent cable on the left side?  2nd car in as many weeks that I've seen done this way.

Up to 2500, but that would be a lot of work.

I like the 4 speed and colour and I have everything except some of the metal to do it. Not going to be much left after blasting though.

It doesn't look too bad for the options you get but the one thing that gives me pause is rust on the frame rails.

You never know how far it's gone till you tear it apart.

Yep, that's for sure! Nothing that changing all the sheet metal won't cure, eh? I like the muffler clamp pinching the shock to keep it up, that's a nice touch.
