I don't recall seeing it often. There is a 71 Barracuda on eBay with a gold interior. I think it looks great.

I had one.  The only Challenger I have had the opportunity to own.

The gold interior looks great but it does seem to be next to impossible to find parts for. 
I don't have a single gold interior plastic.  If I see one I'll buy it but I just don't see them.

My 72 Challenger has the same interior, auto, AC, flat hood. I think that is the interior color you can get with a gold color paint beside black.

I'm not sure what upholstery, carpet and headliner is available but I'd think you would have to spray most plastic to match the gold. Not sure that it's popular enough for repo companies to make stuff in that color. Shame too because it looks nice.
