I purchased & shipped a Keith's Long 727Specialist trany & torque converter. ...never installed. I was lucky enough to find the exact one for my car about 2 months later. I have some notes from Keith, on the specs for the build. please visit 727specialist website to learn about his work. pick up in camas, or can delivery within 15 miles. price $900 with the new torque converter. part number is pK2892088L 2719 8563. when looking the trany up for intended application, it does show up in the normal charts. I have found 727 normal application, build date was Jan 27, 1969, sequence #8563. Again, have most of the specs or stuff from my notes with Keith.
Looks like a Jan 6th 1969 built Trans.
Since Cody lives so close, doesn't he have a car that would mate up with?
:)
Only have 4-Speeds left to restore or I would be all over it.
Cody,
kept the upper rears to measure for the antenna hole that was not drilled before painting (darnit) on the replacement sheetmetal panel. can drop these off to you if you are interested? free of course.
