A buddy has these on his 37 Chev. Does anyone know what they are?

they look like  100 80-spoke 14" wheels - probably a number of manufacturers & the center cap/knock-off detail/style probably varied with the date of purchase

the under cap details may lead to a manufacturer, they are 5-lug, correct?

Hmmmm, Judging by the center cap, maybe Klingon wheels   :dunno:

looks like a LA Wire Wheel or are they a knock-off of something else  :dunno: - are they 13" or 14"?

They're 15"
