Title: Build sheet codes

Need help with build sheet. Line 4. Wheels color, ?x9. Also line 4. Shock ft 6?
Marker is going right through both. I've tried to guess but, no luck. Any help?

I have used it. Good stuff! So on a different subject. Is there a way to confirm if my car is a Mr. Norm car? I am the 5th owner, the third owner said it was a Mr. Norm car. He had a reproduced window sticker and said it was for sure. I read that there may some authentic records out there.

Yes, there is a list of Mr. Norm cars.  but i think you have to pay to get the info.
