Title: Interesting crayon marks match fender tag inspector stamps
Post by: njsteve on June 08, 2020, 06:34:18 PM
This is on my FC7 1970 Cuda 340 4-speed, factory shaker car.

There is a "4" and a "2" hand written in crayon on the interior inside wheelwells. They seem to match the "4" and "2" that are stamped on the upper right hand corner of the fender tag. I just noticed this today.

The car is currently undergoing  body and paint work and just got off the rottiserie and is back on 4 wheels

My 71 road runner has the number 2 on the pass side wheel well. Didn't notice a number on the drivers side but my data tag is marked  45.
