Title: Help me decode this A833 transmission

this one has me stumped.  i figured out the build date was 1970 but i cant figure out the VIN stamped above .
thoughts ?

1970 model from the LA plant. The third digit looks like it's stamped too lightly to be able to read it

agreed, its too light. any idea what model would have been  OE ?

LA VIN stamps are often poorly stamped - it could be 0-9 covering 10 VINs

:takealook:  it might be a "6"  :dunno:  varying the light & a little clean-up might get a better picture

long or short tailshaft?  &   18 or 23-spline?

The 0 is 1970. The E is Los Angeles plant. I know they built E bodies there but not sure what else
