Title: 1970-74 Challenger rear interior trim brackets (upper)
Post by: manycj on May 12, 2017, 11:35:22 AM
I am in desperate need of the two brackets for the rear interior trim panel that goes at the rear of the quarter windows on late-70 to 74 Challengers. (not the ones on the floor). I was ready to put my new panels in and learned that earlier ones, like mine, didn't use the brackets, but they are needed when using new panels. refer to the picture.

thanks
Chris

Lots of big swap meets coming up this summer.  I'll keep my eye open for some.  :slapme5:

Did anyone ever find a source for these brackets?  I am in need of them too.

I got a set from Byron Fettig.  He's a great source for original fasteners, etc.

I know a guy with a pair of 72 Challengers rusting away in his back yard and sure enough, both of them had the brackets.  He wouldn't sell them to me but he was very kind enough to offer that I borrow one to help fab my own.
