Title: low miles odometer
Post by: antonellomopar on October 13, 2020, 12:42:21 PM
Is there a way to understand if this odometer has turned? I mean, the car doesnt look to have 104.766 miles, being a four speed with 3.54 rear. But only 4.766 miles in 50 years?

This is anyone's guess as to how many times it could have been rolled over. I doubt they are the original miles with all that rust. Did it have a windshield leak?

I thought there was an ink pad of some sort that discolored the far left digit once it spun around to 0 again.  I've never had an E-body odometer apart.

How do the peddles look, the heal pad for the carpet? look for sighs of wear on the steering wheel,   :alan2cents:
