Does the screw for the coat hooks go thru the sail panel? Thanks

Yes. there's a small circular punch out (in the factory sail panel) that lines up with the screw hole in the steel inner area of the C pillar

Did all 70 e-bodies have the hooks installed? AAR's and T/A's included?
