...E-Body! The date was February 6, 1981. A chilly evening in Massapequa, NY. 1971 340 Cuda, Orange with Black Leather Interior. Sold her a few years later after rebuilding the engine, converting her to a Pistol Grip 4-speed, and painting her red (friends told me at the time "red sells").
Anyway, I found the original bill of sale this evening after all these years (with the full VIN #), and I'd love to know if she's still out there. Is there any way of doing such a thing?
VIN # BS23H1B409105
I'd guess you would need to post the vin asking if anyone owns it or knows of it?
I hope you find out if she is still out there . Very nice little cuda great photo :australia:

Is it okay to post the VIN number? I don't know why, but I was reluctant to do so out of respect, or privacy for the owner, or...I don't know. I always see VIN numbers partially hidden, and I guess I never really thought about why.
Great picture !
You're forgetting the part where if the car exists and has an owner; if he doesn't want that known, he just ignores the post- if he sees it in the first place. I'd say post it and see where it goes. Just my :alan2cents:
Barry Washington's site has nothing on it...
