Title: Shifter handle mounting hardware?

So in our 4 speed the clips and rubber parts in the shifter handle  are a bit tore up not even sure what the names of these parts are much less where to find them. Can anyone assist?

Yep I had to talk with Dan Brewer again he gave me the run down. Just wanted to see if anyonw had the correct terminology for the part. Thanks.
