Welcome aboard.
Just say it's on a rotisserie.

If the pictures are off of a cell phone or tablet, the orientation can be influenced by the orientation of the device when you took the picture.
I'm left handed and have to hold my phone like a righty to take pictures otherwise they are flipped.
