I'll just leave this here . . . :D. Blind spot?
Another butchered classic. (You asked)
Yeah, can't say anything positive about it.
A lot of what some people do to their cars ain't for me.
But I'm a Burger King kind of guy.. have it your way. If having that stack poking through the hood is what you are into.. I'd say you did it well. ...lol.
I like it!! :ohyeah:
I'd like to see under the hood ... to see how they slammed that body down so low on the chassis that the valve covers are almost sticking up above the hood-line.
Ya not for me me ,But I do appreciate the work done to this car :australia:
At first look it`s "wow that`s awesome" but after that first reaction it loses it`s appeal. It`s not real practical to drive it much so unless you just like bringing it to shows to show off it`s kind of useless.
It was all the rage back then....I always thought that car was built to copy the one my brother-in-law built a few years prior :alan2cents:
Not my taste. I like real cars that you can drive all day long. I like a stockish looking car that can pack that ones lunch in a street fight too.
Definitely not to my taste. Looks like an overdone Hot Wheels. That said, I can appreciate the effort that went into putting that together.
Is it an illusion or why does it look like the top of the valve covers are at the height of the hood? Is the engine even mounted 6 inches higher?
The one we built was a full frame car, I'm sure this one is too, you can drop the body to any height you want, and mount the motor anywhere you want.
Here's the one we built in the early 90's
I don't think it could make it thru the carwash. If it could maybe the wash would knock off the ugly.
Why do the words "penis anxiety" come to mind?? ;)

I know my memory is not very good . . . I guess I don't remember that you built this car!
That's a cool car!

It belong to my Sister's husband at the time....We did a lot of work on it together, but I won't say that "I" built it....It debuted in 1994 and won all the shows and was featured in several magazines at the time...
I hope the owner likes it, they spent a LOT of money on that car. It's cool in it's own way, not my cup-o-tea, but cool nonetheless.

I'm pretty sure it was at the Mopar Nationals . . I probably have pictures somewhere if it was.

Yea, for sure at the Mopar Nationals 1994. It was also at Carlisle '94 when they had SME judging, it was the highest scoring car for quite a while...probably did both shows again in 95...I think he sold it in 99....
More thoughts? My thoughts . . Awesome I like the spoiler . . .
That one looks a lot better. The primed spoiler maybe matches the primed quarter panels?
It does help out the "mean" look. Wonder what it looks like from straight on.
I do like the duck tail spoiler matched to the color of the car. Cool color by the way.
I like it!! About the only thing I don't like is that notch, in what looks like a Shaker hood, for the blower drive. I would have saved the Shaker and used a flat hood. :alan2cents:
HMMMMM, I don't think it has enough motor! ;)
Looks like some nice forestry behind that classic brick wall.
Too bad it is blocking more of the view.
