Ok, I'm sure someone out there is looking at this crap.
How in the world do I put a video on the reply? Where I can just click play and it works?

I have never tried to embed a video from YouTube, but have you tried clicking on the "YouTube" button right beside the Facebook button. It's above all the face animations. I'm sure you'll find it. You would then just paste the link between the two.
