First time around ebay sold for $44K but buyer did not pay up.  I wonder why?  The tag looks bad but I am not an expert.  It has a deck screw on one side and it is not painted.

My guess is Shill bid  gone wrong!
44 is not a bad price considering the car itself based on the description and the four speed
