Title: Club Schedule for Carlisle

1) OK I have the Dodge City Steak House confirmed for FRIDAY between 8:00 and 8:30 for dinner.

2) I have the lunch for the tent catered in on Saturday at noon featuring Salad, Assortments of Wraps and hopefully some fried chicken.  Plus potato salad and chips! 

3) Last will be the pizza party at the club hotel on Saturday where we are going to order Pizza Hut pizzas for our after show parking lot party! 

EVERYONE PLEASE MAKE YOUR SCHEDULE AVAILABLE FOR THESE EVENTS  :ohyeah:

Thanks very much for setting this up @Spikedog08 (https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/4cruzin_11).  Where is the club hotel? I booked late so wound up at the Highland Inn in New Cumberland.

It is located behind the Super 8 hotel located at 175 Beacon Hill Drive and in front of the Fairfield Inn.  Typically a good gathering of members and plenty of show talk!  Hope everyone can join in the fun!

I have water, soda. diet soda and some ice teas for Friday and Saturday. If anyone has any other drink request please let me know and I will try to get it.

Canadian coke? 

No cocaine, no real mexican sugar, definitely isn't "less white" lately in canada.  What makes it different from American coke?

My apologies for not being clear . . Yes Friday is the dinner at Dodge City and Saturday is the Pizza party in the parking lot after the show!  The lunch at the tent and the pizza party are paid for by the E-Bodies.org club.  Only cost is the dinner where everyone is on their own!  I told Dodge City that I am planning on about 30 members so I hope everyone tries to get it in their schedule!

It tastes better  :twothumbsup:  :haha: :haha:  If you're a regular Coke drinker you'll notice....come to my tent I'll give you a nice ice cold one... :drinkingbud:
