Ok, not sure this is for the body shop, but I had a very strange experience yesterday. Had to put the Cuda outside for several days while I build out my garage shopm we had some good rain for (for SoCal anyway) for several days - pretty constant rain for 2 days or so. Jumped in the car yesterday toove it out of the driveway and I had water dripping from between the crush can and the steering column. I have only owned the car since May, so first time it has seen rain while I have had it. I have washed it several times without issue. I just can't imagine how in the world water would make its way UP the steering column?? No other water that I could find. I had a '65 fastback mustang that would get your left foot wet every time it rained and I had the windshield reinstalled about 10 times and all the firewall seals and grommets replaced only to find out the seam sealer at the cowel and fender was leaking, but the steering column dripping? Never hear dof that, any ideas? If it matters, the driveway has a slight slope downhill and the car was parked head in...
Is something above the steering column leaking? Water doesn't usually flow "up" :dunno:
Exactly!! I will be doing.some.investigation today- I just can't imagine how water would be there...
There were some nasty winds during that time. Long shot maybe wind and water blowing up from underneath
we had water between the rear seats of a sion with no idea how it got there

Blinker fluid?
:haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:
I checked the blinker fluid - it was topped up appropriately! I was not able to determine what was going on yet - still hunting; but got side tracked with the garage shop renovation...
