Did this part of the buckle ever have a cover?
Sorry don't have an end like that - my buckle male ends all have a loop through directly - no cover but no bracket like your pic either

Power Wagon. From what I've found there should be a cover on it but I haven't found any repos. The hunt is on for decent used ones.
