Title: Clutch safety switch

I found this safety switch in my switch box and not sure what it came off of. I have only had stick shift Challenger's and Cuda's but not sure as I have not found a picture like mine. It is missing the pin but and easy fix. Can't make out entire part number on tag. Thanks in advance.

Is this a way to bypass in an emergency ?
