Title: Challenger 70 disc hub to 73 spindle grease seal
Post by: Dodgey1 on June 04, 2023, 05:32:01 PM
Hi,

I'm doing a disc conversion for my 70 Challenger. Wanting to keep the 14" rallye wheels so have got my hands on a pair of the 10" discs. The place that I got them only had 73 spindles. Easy enough to get the bearings to suit, but can anyone tell me what the grease seal is that works with this combination?

Just spent an hour with the local bearing supplier and the best they could come up with is getting a machinist to shave a 1/16th of the base of the spindle.

Thanks in advance!

My local NAPA store had to look them up under 1973 dodge dart. Under 73 barracuda they were handing me parts for the older cars.  :dunno:
