Hey all, there is a spot on the door of the ashtray that needs touched up. Is there a way I can remove it while the dash is installed in the car? My fastener guides and such are in storage and I'm not able to get to them to check.
Thanks for any help, tips, or manual publications.

If it is like mine, there is a tab straight back in the ashtray that if you push it down, it will release the ashtray to lower it then you can pull it out.

yep, it should just tilt right out.
