What's the best oil for my 340/6 in my AAR?

I use Brad Penn 10-40 in all of my older engines.

I also use Brad Penn but thicker for my engine combo 20w-50

With my flat tappet cam, and relatively leisurely/infrequent use, I'm using Valvoline VR1 (branded for "racing and classic cars") synthetic with a bottle of ZDDP supplement- both are hopefully to ensure a high enough zinc level to keep the wear to a minimum.   I had used Mobil 1 successfully for many years, but the declining zinc content in most of their blends didn't inspire a high level of confidence.

I really like (and use) the Driven HR5 Hot Rod motor oil.  Added ZDDP and great for storage with rust inhibitors.

I just switched to Valvoline VR1 synthetic 10w-30 a month ago based on reviews and recommendations.
Brad Penn would be my alternative choice.

Sure as long as it has the zddp formula for older flat tappet cams
Joe Gibbs is another option
