Title: Screw size/type under dash for pull levers

Hi Guys,

For those that know or have David Wise's fastener book handy can you tell me what size/type screw is used under the dash to mount the  Shaker "Carb Air" and "Vent" pull levers (70 Cuda). I misplaced the damn things.......Im sure they will turn up once Im finished putting things back together!!

Also has anyone not based in the US been able to purchase David'd books from MMC Detroit? Tried so I wouldn't have to bother you all with dumb questions but for some strange reason the MMC Detroit website wont accept my Australian address at checkout even though it allows it to be entered no problem.

#10-16 x .50" long Hex washer head screws for both. Silver zinc finish. Part#9419267 & 9421067.
