Title: Carb insulation

Here's a pic of what I did. You can see it under the shiny insulation.

Have you had a chance to test it yet?  How'd it work?

I've had it for several years and it does seem to make a difference. Before, when car had set for 15min-1/2 hr , temp showed 200+ or so I had to crank it a lot before it would start no matter what I did with the throttle. Now, if I remember to not touch the throttle, it starts right up.
