Pictured is what appears to be an original starter that has not been blasted and rebuilt. The pin wheel date on the housing is 1970 dated full which puts it late December '70. The barrel is dated 011 which is the first week of 1971. Perfect for a later 71 model year car. I have not bench tested it, but believe it would be best to disassemble to clean and inspect first.
