Title: Old Cans at Antique Mall
Post by: captcolour on January 30, 2024, 05:36:33 AM
I look for old Mopar items when in antique stores.  Saw these three containers.  Never saw an AMC Jeep one, or the old Mopar logo can. Have seen Chryco before but not that particular one.  The AMC had a date and I think was 1974.  The other two didn't have dates.  Bought the AMC one as it was the lowest price and had the date.  Would have bought the Chryco if had a date.  The old logo one was too much.  If anyone is interested in either of the other two, we are here in St. Petersburg, FL until Saturday so would go and buy and ship at cost to you.  Chryco is $50 and the Mopar is $95.

The Chryco can is a Canadian one as evidenced by the French labelling. I have a few of those, all full.
The first bar code was scanned in 1974 so I use the absence of a bar code as a loose evidence that the can predates that.
