Title: Shift levers - E-body fit an A body?
Post by: 72 Challenger on February 05, 2025, 04:28:57 AM
Hi Team,

One of my shift levers has had an untimely departure because this amazing mechanic forgot to tighten it. Brewers is out of stock on shift levers. Does anyone know if there is another vehicle that has levers that will cross fit into an A body? like those from an e-body? B body? Specifically, the one-two shift lever.

I assume you're talking about Hurst shifters.
Most all A-body shifters from mid-1968 through end of production in 1976 are the same as B-body shifters from mid 68 through 1969.

I say "most all" in case some there's some weirdo I've never seen.
