Looking for a source. Thanks
Customer service is slow with this company, but the quality of the batteries is great.

For the lids, you can try
@MoparDave (https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/mopardave_10) for the lids. His customer service is the best!
I Generally have all 3 versions on the restoration batteries. Antique auto is the only game that I know of. I have left many messages over the past 3 weeks to do a pallet order. No answer, No call backs.
I thought the air cleaners were repoed but I am not finding them. Used ones come up quite often because they were used 1966 until 1970 though.
The chrome dome air cleaners were reproduced by Widner Industries in MI., Tom does not list them on his website. www.widnerindustries.com. Here you go, cheapest one out there and far less than what Tom sells them for. https://www.ebay.com/itm/L-K-426-HEMI-CHROME-DOME-AIR-CLEANER/253445834876?hash=item3b028c887c:g:UCEAAOSwZjJU94cp&vxp=mtr
Antique Auto Battery was buying the batteries from Restoration Battery Company. Restoration Battery to my understanding is leaving the business and thus the void in the market place. Until someone steps up and purchases the program, then there is nothing at this time to fill the market. I cannot see anyone jumping onto the project at this time.
well shit that explains a lot. Spoke to Turbo start batteries and they were who was supplying us before. they have there packaging and art work approved by licensing. so they are hopeful to have production up on these in a month or 2. Sooo... still no batteries for a while.
Thanks MIKE! as always a great help
I contacted Antique Auto Battery about a Mopar repro battery this week and within 2 hours they emailed me back with the price, shipping and 4-6 weeks to build it lead time. :dunno:
Hmm. I guess our money isn't good enough to do a pallet order. I hope you get that battery and they don't take your money and run.
Their email just had price, shipping, and estimate to build. No ordering or contact info, link or otherwise. I called and pressed one for sales and ended up getting a voicemail. Left a message and they haven't called back yet.
So they are fast to respond for a quote, but slow to want to take an order apparently.
Hopefully Turbo Start will be able to bring a quality product to the market place. I am not worried with there ability to build a battery, but with the ability to get the details correct for the restoration market place. I am also afraid that the license agreements will be a bit tougher to get vs. that for an item like a body bumper with a part number and logo molded into the profile. The demand for the batteries will hopefully bring them sooner than later, but I am skeptical that anything will be available within the next six months.
91 days it took for me to get mine.

When I spoke to them last week. they where past the licensing issue and packaging. so we will see when ever they come to market.
Keep us informed. I may be due for one. Had my Turbostart for 8 yrs now
turbostart did a good job on the batteries before axion shut that down. Hopefully soon.
