Perfect name for a beer! I'd drink one. :drinkingbud:
I would like to try it also, will have to look for it
I was expecting "Blown Motor" which tastes like burnt oil with metal shavings :haha: :drinkingbud:

Sounds Interesting...
Any one remember Lowenbrau? I remember growing up and my father always kept a sixer of this in the little refridge under his bar in the house. Every once in a while he would have one and give me some in a little glass as I was just a "little shaver" as he would put it. I lost him last year after a 14 year fight against a blood disorder thanks to a dirty needle he got injected with when he served in the army. He was 82. Just wanted to share my story. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your father, I lost mine 7 years ago to cancer. He also had some Lowenbrau and Michelob that he would break out every once in a while. I have a 8mm film of him and my grandfather drinking some while watching the Bart Star in SuperBowl II.
Speaking of Lowenbrau, I was in Germany during Octoberfest 1996. Got this 1Liter cement stein from the Lowenbrau Festival Pavilion. Munich. Been to Germany several time and have a large collection of fancy steins going back to WW1.
It's been a looong time since I've had a farmer's daughter. Enough said.

Uh huh, and did it "go down smoothly" Murray? This is speaking as an "old fart" of course. :))

This beer is brewed about an hour outside of Ottawa. If you go to the brewery they take you on a tour via horseback. I am personally very allergic to horses so I had to skip this portion. All that to say, this one is a regular in my fridge.
Well there you go!
There was once a Top Cat Beer.

Sorry for your loss.
Our favorite place when we visit Berlin is Löwenbräu am Gendarmenmarkt. Spent many hours there. Many. Lol.
You've got to be freakin kidding me! :unbelievable:
