Title: induction heater
Post by: 734406PK on May 09, 2018, 07:08:55 PM
I picked up a new induction heater for some rusted bolts that were hopelessly stuck and couldn't be cut off easily without damage to the surrounding area. I used this tool as directed and WOW! it worked better than i have hoped it would! It has already paid for itself in 2 weeks of use! Highly recommended!  Here is the link::

I hope this helps someone. :wrenching:

It looks like the basic kit runs $500. Do you mind if I ask you what you paid for what you got? I DOES look like a neat tool!  :bigthumb:

I paid $700 from my local tool vendor. Could have got it cheaper on Amazon, but I like to support local business. The set came with a dozen or so various diameter coils and a flexible bearing wrap coil for oversize work. I am amazed at how fast this thing heats up parts with no risk to the surrounding area. I've ran this off of a Honda inverter generator several times without issue. I wish i would have had this years ago, what a time saver!
