looking for pics and where to find the vapar return line that go into the trunk ,in and out thanks :D
The 71 Cuda uses a tube with 5 lines on it. Four go directly to the tank and the fifth goes up front connected to the valve cover breather.
thank you, I have the line from the breather there , any pics?
Here's one in the car...
....and out of the car...
gonna look tomorrow, to see what I have... does it matter what hose goes where?
When mounted in the car, the forward-most tube goes to the front of the car. The other four go straight over to the gas tank if you have a correct 1971 gas tank.
Here's a picture of my 1971 Cuda before I tore it apart.
yes I have the correct tube and gas tank, what mounts to the bracket on the neck in side the trunk? thanks again

Something like this
yes
well yes that is the clamp that is on my tube, and it has an indentation for where a line would of been there, any ideas.
There is an L shaped bracket on the wheel well that it attaches to
awesome, any pics
My car is a 70 49 state version so it doesn't have what you need... I grabbed these of the internet, not the best but it's there..
a closer view
thank you...
As already stated, vapor return line runs from the passenger side valve cover all the way back to the vent tube in the trunk. If I remember correctly the connections are as follows . . .
- Breather with a hose fitting in the passenger side valve cover
- Piece of rubber hose from breather fitting to the passenger side inner fender mounted hard line
- Piece of rubber hose from passenger side inner fender mounted hard line to the main hard line which runs the length of the car
- Piece of rubber hose from the main hard line to the vent tube going into the trunk
Maybe some of these photos will help . . .
