Title: Problem with vendor
Post by: 70RTSE383 on November 02, 2018, 12:04:22 PM
Has anyone had issues with Monicatti K&S performance in Michigan? I ordered some parts online and have not been able to contact them by phone. I either get a recording which I have left 4 or another # goes to a three question recorded survey. WTH? Mylast message I told them to cancel my order. They have not charged me yet. How hard would it be to return a call. Damn I cant stand companies who operate like this!

Did you provide credit card info with the order? If so you may want to contact your credit card company and have them blocked if you can.

Don't you just hate when that happens. And it happens a lot in today's world not just automotive but across the board.

I really try and stay away from the smaller companies, especially if I've never heard of them and if other larger vendors sell the same part. I'd rather pay a couple bucks extra to deal with a larger well known company when possible.

I understand your logic...but.....makes it tougher on people trying to start up. Still, a guy like you needs complete confidence in who you are sourcing from I guess.

I think SEMA is on this week. We have had a few suppliers not answer their phone this week.
