Title: 70 challenger RT grill restoration / black?
Post by: Shawn on November 16, 2018, 09:52:41 AM
My question is regarding the color sprayed in the squares of the grill? Is flat black correct for an RT?

No, they were not sprayed black on a R/T. :alan2cents:

I'm referring to inside the squares themselves, not the outside surface.

If your not so worried about " correct" here is what I did using duplicolour engine enamel "aluminum"
I'm pretty happy with the results!

I glass beaded my grille and then sprayed it with low gloss clear.
