Hey guys,

Quick Question. On a 340 does the drivers side front intake bolt need sealant? The one closest to the radiator. Does coolant or oil go up that far? Thanks

I put sealant on all of the bolts but because of oil seeping up the htreads , no coolant is exposed to the intake threads just the end exhaust studs on the small block

You're thinking Chevys. I know the big blocks were wet intake bolt-wise at the ends. :cheers:
