1971 cuda Grill and valance insert install

I ordered a grill hardware kit from roseville a few years ago but never opened it until tonight. Since I'm amazingly slow at finishing my car I never bothered to look. Now im finally ready and I opened it I think my package was missing some stuff. How many of the grill supports do you need? My package came with 4. It looks like you need 6 or 7? It also looks like I'm missing a few bolts as I have 2 bolts and one clip washer in a bag?
For some reason I thought I have the lower valance insert hardware as well as I ordered , front and rear valance hardware, valance insert,  grill and grill hardware.  What is needed for the lower valance insert hardware as google doesnt have much answers.  Here is my grill hardware

I believe you need 7, I have 5 with used one I found. Who sells individual ones?
