Holds the headlight bucket in place...70 Cuda

Is there any places that sells the section the headlight bezels bolt onto?     

Someone did something goofy on the drivers side and the headlight doesn't sit properly in the headlight bezel when aimed properly which fights me on the headlights grill surround..

There is a little rust hole behind the headlights metal which I'm guessing is from tire kick up..

The body shop missed this and I need to make it right.. 
I'm not sure what to call it, but I hope I can either buy something used or they make a replacement I can stitch in.     

Would 73 be any different than 70?

This is a 73 made to look 70 and I have a hard time sorting certain things that were 70 or 73..
