#1
new VIN for me  :bigthumb:  hopefully it is still out there!

this one was built right on "schedule" SPD-414 & "In Plant/In Process" on Tuesday April 14, 1970

https://forum.e-bodies.org/vin-fender-tag-build-sheet-and-date-codes/13/actual-production-date-vs-scheduled-production-date/810/

had the VIN but nothing else  :bigthumb:  maybe the sheet or car was mentioned somewhere  :dunno:

BS23J0B283668 was built a little earlier than "scheduled" SPD-320 (Friday March 20, 1970) & "In Plant/In Process" on Monday March 16, 1970

What should you do with a build sheet that you find other than post it here? Is there a website for missing build sheets? I found a hardtop BP build sheet in my BP convertible rear seat. Its just sitting on a shelf at my house.

MKA

Definitely post it here.  There is a project ongoing to line up all the codes and the owner might be here.

There are several Mopar  Facebook pages for posting lost and found sheets such as the one where I saw this one

Barry Washington also collects and distributes to the rightful owner if they contact him but he holds information tight as others have noted.    Search Barry Washington challenger registry on google.

I'm sure others have ideas

IMO one of the best places is the lost & found on moparts, because anyone doing a google search of a VIN will be directed there if there's a match.

Can this thread's Subject: be corrected to show the correct VIN of JH23J0B307279?
Wouldn't want anyone searching for their sheet to miss it because of a typo.

Thanks,  update made.   That was a silly mistake on my part.  Whole reason I put it there was to make it searchable.  When people put these things on Facebook they don't appear on Google searches in my experience

Hope this T/A still exists . 4-speed with quick ratio steering . can't get any better in the TransAm world.
