I've been a photo bug for a long time and many members here have checked out my Flickr photo albums I share links to of major car shows.
In recent weeks I have been scrambling to get out to the end of season cruises before they all wrap up and I have to wait until May for them to get rolling again.  :crying:
I've really liked seeing some of the pictures of my cars I've gotten as dusk hits, the lighting is just fantastic compared to the brightness and glare I get when the days are long.
My convertible looks like there is some sort of added lighting illuminating the interior, but its not, it is just how it was lighted with the sunset or just after sunset lighting.

Nicely done!  I'm partial to the Fk5.  Got a 'vert here sporting the same color with white interior.

I'm partial to fresh air and sunshine when I cruise, so this year I've split most of my car event time between the convertible and the Magnum (which I almost always drive with the T tops off, for various reasons including it was chilly, they were on for those recent dusk pictures I posted).
So sadly my 2 six pack cars don't get out as often as they should.  Here is a picture from a while back of my '71 by that same hedge the T/A is in front of.  It's a burning bush hedge and turns brilliant red in early to mid October.

Fall foliage is always nice for backgrounds.

Some fall pics.  Wish the leaves had turned more when taken.

It's hard to get that perfect fall day to take pictures of a car with peak fall colors in the background.  The leaves don't stay on the trees long after they turn color! And you need a nice sunny day to boot.
I took this one on a sunny fall day some years back.  It must have been cold, I hardly ever take the car out on a day I can't put the top down!

I love the fall for taking pics. Here in Idaho things are just starting to change color as it has been unusually warm this year. Here are a couple from a few years ago. Should go back and replicate these pics with the latest version of my car.

Agree, Sun at increased angle along with the background colors make them pop
