Anybody know who could do some ball milling for me that's here in states?
Here's what I'm wanting to do. I have a new set of MP sheet metal aluminum valve covers and I don't like the logo of finish. I want to strip them and powder coat them in a flatter textured finish and then have the skeleton barracuda milled into the top. Like this logo but the fish running long ways so it runs with the valve cover. I also need the artwork if anyone has it of the skeleton profile. Thanks

Like your idea!! What is the thickness of the aluminum where the skeleton barracuda will be milled?

Looks like maybe 1/8".   I don't need a real deep cut. Just enough to cut through the powder coat and cut the surface of the aluminum.

How about Laser etching it. Just another option.

I was thinking that or hand engraving. When I was working as a mold maker we used laser engraving, worked pretty good. ( also utilized hand engraving) I think a lot of the detail would get washed out/lost milling it in. Acid etching also might be a possibility?
