70 Challenger 4 Speed Console

Hello,I am installing a 4 speed console in my 70 Challenger which did not come with one factory. Is there a template for placing the mounting brackets? I bought AMD brackets and have an original 70 4 speed console. Any help? Thanks,Mike.
