Are there any Aftermarket seats that are reminiscent of the stock seats but with more side bolster with recline / tilt?

Looking for something I can bolt in and go,
the stock seats just kind of blow for long road trips and kill my back.

I have seats out of a Hyundai Tiburon that I still need to modify the brackets and mount in my Cuda.  I would be curious if there are bolt in and go comfortable seats too.

Take your time and search and SIT in different seats... Attend a trade show or go to a speed shop that has a good display and assortment of seats.  Find something that FITS YOU.

Making the floor brackets is easier than you'd think... I recommend using the factory brakets and simply add a couple approx 1" or 2" wide steel plates, drill matching holes, then also drill new holes for the new seats.

You'll pay for what you get in seating.   One brand/model I personally like is Corbue GTS-II (very comfortable and very good support, etc... choice of color and material, etc.  I've seen them installed in some E-Bodies... very nice!

Those actually don't look too out of place.  Not bad   :bigthumb:

I`m looking for something more comfortable, more bolster but doesn`t look too out of place, I think the Neon SRT seats may be a good option but so far not much luck finding a pair locally.

These 1983-87 Shelby Charger seats would look good in a white or B5 blue e-body. Suppose to be a direct bolt-on to e-body seat tracks.

I'm gonna try Porsche 911 seats first, bought a pair, if they work well I will reupholster them in black leather with same look at stock Challenger. If not I'm gonna try some Corvette seats, I like the slim one piece look.

Sound control, I agree with you on the one piece seat. I have owned six Corvettes and the seats are extremely comfortable. Five months ago there was a special going on with Scat Seats. So I bought a pair of Evolution five-point seats. See photo, They are very comfortable for a slender person over 6'.  I'm torn between installing the seats in my 68 AMX or in the 73 Challenger. We'll see. Plan to test fit them in the AMX after the new carpet install and 4-point roll bar with horizontal drop back bar.

One pair on marketplace for $450 with a burn hole in one, otherwise great condition (so the ad says)  ::)  If I could find a pair cheaper I`d have them redone to match the stock pattern.

Hmm, looking at my own pictures, I thought the Corvette seats looks nicer...
So I scanned the Swedish sale sites, and found a pair in good condition at at fair price, $630.
Had to buy them, so now I have 2 sets of seats.
My plan was a black car with a red stripe, Black interior with red carpet so the red parts will fit in. (I think...)  :)

And the Porsche seats had to be reupholstered for $2000, there are in great shape as is.
If they fit well and feel good I will figure out a way to get rid of the Corvette logo.

Nice score soundcontrol. The seats look like 2001 Corvette Z06 seats. Very light and comfortable without posterior woes.
