I have reupholstered many rear seats over the years but usually had the originals to start with.
Now I am piecing together some parts and am seeing there must be differences through the various years.
Can someone verify this? Have any pictures?

1970 seat bottoms had burlap as a spring to foam barrier and foam sheet (1 1/2")
1970 seat backs had burlap as a spring to padding barrier and had cotton batting (Thickness?) as the padding

Later years (?) had changed to a plastic netting instead of burlap and the backrest got foam sheet as well.

Also, the center of the seat bottom had an extra rectangular block of foam to take up the gap between the underside of the seat and the center hump. What size is that block?

Here are pics of what I saved from my rear seat.  I'll get a measurement of the cotton batting thickness but I think it's about 1.5" - 2".  I don't know if there was a foam block left over or if I tossed it.  It's been awhile since I took it apart.

Just measured the cotton batting thickness.  The uncompressed edges are right at 2".
